Hey, I’m Kika! I am a Carolina girl through and through. My industry experience includes sales in new construction & general brokerage, leading franchises, firm ownership & I am a NC real estate instructor. My unique qualifications & experience provide a strong foundation to offer agents and investors services to streamline their businesses and I provide stellar customer care to my buyer/seller clients.  My real estate passion lies in agent development, training and helping clients reach their real estate goals.

I obtained my B.A. in Political Science and a M.A. in Geography with a focus in Urban Planning & Economic Development. I attended UNC-Chapel Hill and finished my studies at UNC-Greensboro. Outside of real estate, my resume includes experience in research analysis, process improvement, corporate training, operations in the banking industry & teaching at the community college level.  When I am not working with clients or helping agents, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I absolutely love college football (Roll Tide!) and all things Carolina (Go Heels!). My favorite space in my home is the kitchen. I love most Asian cuisine (Thai & Filipino dishes are my favs), seafood, and of course wings.
